[FM'15] Perfect 4-1-2-2-1

I don't generally share my tactics, because I still believe that SI scout for the better ones to close gaps in the Match Engine instead of making the improvements that we are promised. I'm finally sharing this/these tactics because I am coming to the end of my long love affair with the game. I just thought the ME would have been so much better by now after so many years and attempts, but I find it harder and harder to watch without constantly shaking my head and that's from someone who wins most of his games.

Anyway, here is my tactic(s) (pic) it is a 4-1-2-2-1 as you can see and by using it you should easily overachieve at all levels,

It is practically plug and play, but I would suggest a couple of tweaks for certain situations.

If you need a goal make the following changes, change fullbacks from support to attack and add the "look for overlap" team instruction. If you still fail to score change to "Attack" and even "Overload".

There are no OI's used either.

This tactic has served me better than ANY tactic I have ever downloaded from the net and I have been using it in practically its original state for at least the last 3 FM' now.

You will rarely be outplayed home or away and the only weakness is losing games where you have completely dominated. This usually runs alongside conceding some very strange/ridiculous goals.

I would suggest starting a new game and getting the tactic learnt asap as I would with any tactic, so please don't give me feedback of how crap the tactic is when you have plugged it in halfway through a season on a bad run.

I am a pretty poor and lazy manager in FM, so anyone who rates their own managerial skills SHOULD do even better than myself.
